I joined our company in 2006 as a Site Operator.

What does your role involve day-to-day?
My mission can be divided into three parts. To work with process improvement with energy conservation mind. To assure product quality and fulfil the customer expectations. Furthermore, to keep the integrated management system routine running.

What has your training and development been like?
I’ve had plenty of training, including energy conservation related training, safety training, management system training and more. Our leaders encourage us to improve our skills and knowledge depend on our working role.

How would you describe the environment and culture?
Friendliness. People are willing to support each other. Also, continuous improvement.

What do you enjoy most about working here?
Freely communicating with each other. And we have the chance to work in different roles, so we can improve ourselves more.

What advice would you give somebody applying to work here?
It is a good chance for anyone willing to learn and improve themselves.
