How long have you worked for the company?
Since 2016. The first year I spent at a training centre, and I have been working at Cassel Site in Billingham since then.

Describe working for the company in three words
Challenging, interesting, rewarding.

What do you do in your role on a day to day basis?
The type of work I carry out on site includes testing and calibration of instrumented systems, adjusting settings on measurement systems and installation/construction of new systems.

What has your training and development been like?
My skills have been developed massively. I have been placed in a friendly working environment with professional colleagues, who have allowed me to carry out jobs under their supervision and guidance. I have also had the opportunity to gain qualifications, with the Company providing sponsorship for my Higher National Certificate in Instrumentation and Control.

How would you describe the work environment and culture?
The work environment is a very friendly one which makes it a great place to work; everyone is always willing to help if you ever need it, people are always happy to answer any questions or queries.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
When there is a breakdown of a system on site, the problem is unsolved and someone asks me to investigate, the rewarding feeling I get when I have found the problem and rectified it.

What advice would you give to somebody considering applying here?
Do it. Very good company to work for as they not only provide you with a job in a friendly environment, they also provide training and qualifications for you to develop professionally.
